About the event
This earth day, let's gather together, absorb the forest atmosphere through our senses, and share with one another what we are noticing. By doing this, we learn to listen more deeply to what nature has to communicate. As we slow down, breathe deeply, and intentionally focus on the pleasures of being present in the moment, we set the stage to be able to connect more deeply with and care for ourselves, with others, and with the more-than-human world.
