About the event
A forest therapy walk begins with a thoughtful orientation followed by entering liminality through the activation of our senses. Conscious walking and a series of carefully chosen invitations alternate with time to gather, share and listen. Experience the beauty of dusk in the forest as we explore Oak Park Woods in David H. Shepherd Park.
