About the event
Embark on a journey of healing and renewal as we walk through the restorative practice of forest therapy. Inspired by Shinrin-Yoku and practiced worldwide, Forest Therapy is a slow meditative walk in a natural setting following a standard sequence of elements. Science has shown that physical and mental health benefits of one guided forest therapy experience can last up to seven days. Connect with nature in a profound way on this walk and nurture your well-being.
Preregistration is required through Oakland County Parks. Registration is coming soon. To sign up with Oakland County and register, go HERE.
