About the event
Rest and refresh on a winter solstice forest therapy walk, blending the slow, meditative practice of forest bathing with a celebration of the advent of winter. With a certified forest therapy guide, mark the longest night of the year and the return of the light as you disconnect from daily demands and enter into a deep connection with the more-than-human world. Participants are asked to dress in warm layers for the weather. The walk will be held outdoors. Reminder and details regarding Lyon Oaks meeting place will be emailed prior to the walk.
